Activity committees include individuals from across the campus who possess expertise, knowledge, skills and experience relevant and applicable to the tasks that make up the overall CMS initiative. Committees focus their talents and resources on specific areas of need to facilitate the achievement of project milestones and ensure the timely execution of the overall project plan.
