Web Content Management Initiative

Participant Requirements

The first adopters of the Web CMS will play a substantial role in deciding the nature and shape of the system on campus. As such, being an implementation partner is a significant commitment.

In return for the opportunity to be among the first to adopt the campus Web CMS, we ask that participants agree to meet the following requirements:

  1. Each participant will commit at least one technical and one non-technical representative to the initiative.
  2. Participants agree to attend and contribute to regularly scheduled Implementation committee meetings.
  3. Participants agree to support the timely execution of tasks related to the achievement of the Implementation committee's mission and charge.
  4. Participants agree to participate in committee subgroups as appropriate and necessary.
  5. Participants agree to document and share their experiences with other members of the committee.
  6. Participants agree to work collaboratively within the committee to help deploy other participants' sites.
  7. Participants agree that their use of the Web CMS is subject to campus policies pertaining to Web standards and electronic communications, and to specific terms of use.
